MOSFETs and IV Curves

Introduction:
In this lab we used ElectricVLSI to build a MOSFET and then we analysed the curves in LTSpice.

Materials and Methods:
In this Lab we used the computer program ElectricVLSI to create the schematics that were then simulated in LTSpice.

Results:

Task 1: Build the MOSFET in Electric

5. Discussion
The lab was able to be successfully completed because we were able to build both models and run the tests without any errors. We can also see that the LTSpice simulation was done successfully and was similar to what we can see in the lab handout. The only difference is that in
Figure 6 the x axis is reversed so it looks different from the lab handout.
