Lab 8 - 8-bit MUX and 8-bit High Speed FA

Introduction:
This lab is to desing the schematic and layout of a 8-bit MUX and a 8-bit high speed FA. The high speed FA is faster than the original FA we have built. Not only is it faster, but the layout is significantly smaller.
